    Job Description

    Your Role at a Glance

    Project Support & Coordination

    • Assist Project Managers in preparing and submitting timely invoices
    • Enter and update project data in our ERP system (BST)
    • Help track budgets, project hours, and costs to support accurate billing
    • Follow up on outstanding receivables and support issue resolution

    Process Support & Documentation

    • Support the development and maintenance of templates, checklists, and documentation
    • Help gather data for financial reporting and insights
    • Assist with internal audits to ensure compliance with internal processes

    Learning & Collaboration

    • Participate in training sessions to understand financial processes and best practices
    • Collaborate with team members across departments to support project needs
    • Offer input and ideas on improving tools and workflows
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    Qualifications – What You Bring to the Role

    • 1–3 years of experience in an accounting, administrative, or project coordination role
    • Associate degree or relevant coursework in accounting, business administration, or related fields preferred
    • Comfortable working with Excel, data entry, and basic reporting
    • Eager to learn new systems and tools; experience with ERP systems is a plus
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized
    • Clear communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams
    • A curious, proactive mindset with a willingness to grow and take on new challenges
    • Experience working in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, or Construction) industry or a project-based professional services environment is highly preferred

    Compensation & Recognition
    This role is designed for early-career professionals, with a typical salary range of $60,000–$72,000 , depending on your skills, experience, and background. Individual and team success is recognized through performance-based bonuses at the Reporting Center level.

    Work Authorization: This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship or transfer. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer-sponsored visa support now or in the future.
