The Project Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting our construction, forensic, and litigation teams by organizing project logistics, coordinating field activities, managing client communications, and ensuring deliverables stay on schedule. This role bridges operations and technical staff, helping the firm execute projects efficiently from intake to closeout. Responsibilities: Project Oversight and Scheduling • Track and manage active projects across departments. • Coordinate internal and external scheduling for inspections, testing, and meetings. • Monitor project milestones and deadlines. Client Communications and Logistics • Serve as the primary scheduling contact for all project stakeholders. • Manage site access, permissions, and coordination for field activities. • Provide regular updates to clients regarding project status. Document Report Support • Organize documentation and maintain digital project folders. • Assist in collecting data for reports (weather data, permit information, etc.). • Help draft, format, and compile technical reports and appendices. Litigation Case Management • Maintain case deadlines for expert disclosures, discovery, and filings. • Support preparation of deposition files and case reviews. • Ensure document chain-of-custody is preserved. Internal Support • Assist with implementation of internal checklists and workflows. • Coordinate with admin and business development teams on contracts and billing. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, or construction management preferred. • 0-3 years of experience in the architecture, engineering, construction, or legal fields is preferred. • Strong organization and time-management skills. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel). • Experience with project management tools is a plus. Compensation: $60,000 - $80,000 yearly
