    As a Project Coordinator , you’ll play a critical role in supporting our customer service and operations teams to ensure the seamless execution of consumer goods projects from start to finish. You’ll be the central point of contact for coordinating project timelines, communicating updates, and making sure all moving parts align with our high standards. This position requires a proactive communicator, an organized multitasker, and someone who takes pride in delivering outstanding service to both internal and external stakeholders.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams, vendors, and customers to ensure smooth project execution.
    • Track project timelines and milestones, keeping all stakeholders informed of progress, changes, and updates.
    • Manage incoming inquiries through the company website and customer service channels, qualifying and routing them appropriately.
    • Maintain accurate project documentation and data in CRM systems and internal databases.
    • Coordinate project status meetings, prepare progress reports, and communicate project deliverables clearly.
    • Monitor and follow up on action items to ensure deadlines and customer expectations are met.
    • Support the customer service team in resolving issues, escalating concerns, and ensuring timely communication with clients.
    • Collaborate cross-functionally to improve project workflows and enhance the overall customer experience.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree required.
    • 6 months to 1 year of experience in project coordination, customer service, or related administrative support roles preferred.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM platforms is a plus.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
    • A team player with a customer-first mindset.
