    About the Project

    Inteldot is seeking a Project Coordinator to support our Senior Project Manager in delivering a large-scale Warehouse Management Transformation Program. The Project Coordinator will play a pivotal role in keeping activities, stakeholders, and deliverables aligned with program goals.

    Responsibilities

    • Work side by side with the Project Manager to coordinate daily project activities and follow-up actions.

    • Support the scheduling, tracking, and reporting of project tasks, milestones, and deliverables.

    • Organize and facilitate meetings, workshops, and documentation reviews.

    • Maintain and update project dashboards, trackers, and logs (issues, risks, decisions).

    • Assist with cross-functional coordination between internal teams, vendors, and partners.

    • Ensure program documentation is properly recorded and accessible.

    • Provide administrative and logistical support to keep the program on track.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • 2–4 years of experience as a Project Coordinator, PMO Analyst, or similar role.

    • Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.

    • Familiarity with JIRA (preferred) and other project management tools.

    • Experience supporting large-scale IT or business transformation programs (supply chain or warehouse-related projects a plus).

    • Ability to work in a hybrid model with majority of time spent on-site in Jacksonville, FL.

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or related field preferred.
