    Job Description

    This paid internship will be involved in helping Bosch Home Comfort’s customer support teams advance our transformation. Position will report to the department director while supporting the team and Londonderry, NH site with various administrative responsibilities and project management coordination activities.

    The person selected for this internship will:

    • Be responsible for organizing and preparing decision-making content for important meetings
    • Prepare detailed reports by researching, analyzing and interpreting data
    • Help prepare and conduct various surveys
    • Lead projects that make meaningful improvements to support and enhance our customer and employee journey
    • Work closely with leadership to communicate and implement changes
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Currently enrolled at a local accredited college studying Business Management, Communications, Operations, or Information Systems / Data Science / Analytics.
    • Junior or senior level, with current GPA of 3.0 or above.
    • Strong technical and organizational skills in addition to excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • A high level of integrity, accuracy, dependability, enthusiasm, and confidentiality.
    • Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, SharePoint, Teams, and Word); Advanced Excel and PowerPoint helpful.

    Available hours per week are a minimum of 20 with a maximum of 40.

    Duration of internship – up to 6 months

    The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is between $. Within the range, individual pay is determined based on several factors, including, but not limited to, work experience and job knowledge, complexity of the role, job location, etc. This range does not include annual bonus percentage nor any other monetary considerations for the total compensation package. Your Recruiter can share more details about the specific salary range for this position during the interview process.
