  • Responsibilities

    Job Description

    • Support agency project management teams with the coordination and execution of client and internal projects across marketing and branding initiatives.Assist with the planning, scheduling, and tracking of project timelines, deliverables, and milestones.
    • Support project managers with day-to-day coordination to ensure projects stay on scope, on time, and within budget.
    • Prepare project-related documents such as project plans, timelines, task lists, status reports, and meeting agendas.
    • Participate in project meetings and conference calls; capture notes, action items, and next steps.
    • Maintain and communicate current project status to internal teams.
    • Assist with project kickoffs and ensure required materials and information are gathered and distributed.
    • Coordinate internal resources and follow up with team members on assigned tasks and deadlines.
    • Help review project estimates, scopes, and timelines for accuracy and completeness.
    • Track project changes and support documentation of scope adjustments as needed.
    • Support internal information requests related to project status, timelines, and deliverables.
    • Assist with vendor coordination, including gathering quotes and confirming production requirements when applicable.
    • Support billing processes by assisting with job setup, budget tracking, and reconciliation.
    • Organize and maintain project files, documentation, and assets on the file server.
    • Provide backup support to the project management team when needed.
    • Complete various project-related tasks as assigned.
    • Continuously upgrade knowledge and skills through available reading, courses, and training opportunities.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Working toward a bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
    • Demonstrated interest in project management, operations, or agency workflows.
    • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
    • Self-motivated, proactive, dependable, and able to work independently.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
    • Comfortable working with timelines, schedules, and process documentation.
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with project management tools a plus.

Start and end date of the internship is flexible based on the applicant’s academic calendar. The internship will consist of between 20-24 hours a week. We can accommodate based on individual needs to help support classes/other work commitments taking place during the three-month engagement.
