Qualifications
- Working toward a bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Demonstrated interest in project management, operations, or agency workflows.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated, proactive, dependable, and able to work independently.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Comfortable working with timelines, schedules, and process documentation.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with project management tools a plus.
