We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to join our team and help ensure our construction projects run smoothly from planning to closeout.

    Position Overview:
    As a Project Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our residential construction projects. Your primary focus will be on coordinating permits, managing utility connections, and maintaining communication with municipalities and field teams. You’ll work closely with our project managers, superintendents, and administrative staff to keep projects on schedule and compliant with local regulations.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Coordinate the permitting process with local municipalities and ensure timely approvals.
    • Manage utility service applications and coordinate connections (power, water, sewer, gas, etc.).
    • Track and follow up on permit statuses, inspections, and related documentation.
    • Communicate effectively with city and county offices, utility providers, and internal teams.
    • Support field operations by maintaining up-to-date schedules and project files.
    • Identify and help resolve any roadblocks or delays related to permitting or utility coordination.
    • Maintain accurate records and project tracking in construction management systems.

    Qualifications:

    • 2+ years of experience in residential construction or permitting coordination (builder, developer, or municipality experience preferred).
    • Familiarity with permitting processes and utility coordination in Georgia is a strong plus.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with construction/project management software is a bonus.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
