    KPS Global is looking for a Project Coordinator, to join the Inside Sales Group.

    The Project Coordinator assists the Project Managers and department leads by executing tasks for projects that are managed by others and plays a vital role in KPS Global’s ability to deliver outstanding service to clients.

    Required Skills

    • Scheduling subcontractors
    • Coordinates material deliveries
    • Assisting project managers when needed
    • Track Buyout materials
    • Schedule Preconstruction meetings
    • Maintain department dashboards and assist department leads with monthly reports
    • Track project moveouts
    • Maintain a 30 day lock on date confirmations

    Required Experience

    • Must be able to work comfortably in an office setting with some travel to job sites
    • Must be able to lift 25 lbs
