    We’re looking for a Low Voltage Project Coordinator to support estimating, planning, and coordination for low voltage projects, including structured cabling, access control, security, audio/visual, and related systems. This role plays a key part in front‑end project planning and ongoing coordination, working closely with field teams, sales, production, and internal support staff to ensure projects are executed accurately and efficiently.

    What You’ll Do

    Coordinate low voltage projects from kickoff through completion

    Create and review estimates, scopes of work, and project documentation

    Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts

    Coordinate with Sales, Production, and Finance to support project execution

    Maintain accurate project schedules, budgets, and records

    Support internal teams by providing direction and clarifying project requirements

    Monitor project progress to ensure timelines, quality, and client expectations are met

    Participate in post‑project reviews to support continuous improvement

    What We’re Looking For

    High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred

    3–5 years of experience in project coordination, project management, or construction/technical environments

    Experience with low voltage systems (preferred, but not required)

    Strong organizational, planning, and communication skills

    Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software

    Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously

    Valid, unrestricted driver’s license

    Pay & Benefits

    Hourly pay range of $22 - $32 per hour based on recent relevant experience. Over 3-years of exact, relevant experience with coordinating low voltage projects in residential setting's in combination of proficiency using our system tools such as Service Titan will lean toward the higher pay rate.
