    Position Overview

    We are seeking a highly motivated Project Coordinator to manage and support multiple fast-paced, client-facing projects. This full-time, on-site role in Reno, NV requires strong organizational skills, proactive communication, and the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.

    The Project Coordinator will oversee 15–20 active projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines are met, communication is consistent, and clients receive exceptional service throughout the project lifecycle.

    This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a high-performance environment and maintains professionalism when working with executive-level clients.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage and coordinate 15–20 concurrent projects from initiation through completion

    • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients via email and phone

    • Provide proactive updates and maintain clear, professional communication

    • Coordinate with internal teams including Sales, Design, and Operations to ensure seamless execution

    • Track project schedules, milestones, and deliverables

    • Identify and resolve potential issues before they impact timelines

    • Maintain accurate documentation, project records, and reporting

    • Prioritize tasks effectively in a deadline-driven environment

    • Support scheduling, resource coordination, and workflow processes

    Qualifications

    • Strong organizational and project coordination skills

    • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities

    • High attention to detail and commitment to quality

    • Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams

    • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

    • Experience with project tracking or design software is a plus

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field preferred
