** About Us**
We are a concrete manufacturing company specializing in precast septic products and Redi-Rock® retaining wall blocks. We are seeking a reliable and organized Project Coordinator to support our daily operations and serve as a key point of communication between our customers, drivers, and production team.
** Responsibilities**
** Delivery & Scheduling**
- Schedule, coordinate, and manage daily deliveries for drivers.
- Adjust schedules as needed and communicate changes promptly.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and job-site details.
** Customer Service & Communication**
- Answer incoming phone calls and emails from customers and vendors.
- Assist customers with product information, orders, and delivery scheduling.
- Provide professional and friendly customer support.
** Office & Administrative Support**
- Update schedules, delivery reports, and job documentation.
- Maintain organized records and assist with general office tasks.
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure order accuracy and timely delivery.
** Product Knowledge**
- Learn and understand our product lines, including precast septic systems and Redi-Rock retaining wall blocks.
- Provide basic product guidance and information to customers.
** Qualifications**
- Experience in scheduling, dispatching, coordination, or administrative work preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with email, Microsoft Office, and basic computer software.
- Experience in construction, logistics, or manufacturing is a plus.
