    OVERVIEW:
    Our client, a real estate developer is seeking a Project Coordinator to join their dynamic team where your coordination and tracking superpowers keep projects—and people—moving in sync from kickoff to delivery. As the Project Coordinator, you’ll be the go-to organizer connecting timelines, budgets, and stakeholders to deliver flawless results. Bonus: If you have event planning experience, you’ll love this role—you’ll be planning and hosting open houses that showcase our work and bring clients on board

    DUTIES:
    1. Project Planning and Scheduling:
    -Assisting with the development of project plans, including defining scope, objectives, timelines, and resources.
    -Creating and maintaining project schedules using tools like Microsoft Project, Excel, or other project management software.
    -Coordinating with teams to ensure that all tasks are completed on time and according to plan.

    2. Resource Management:
    -Ensuring that the necessary resources (personnel, equipment, materials, etc.) are available and allocated correctly.
    -Managing logistics for materials or equipment, tracking inventory, and overseeing procurement processes when required.

    3. Communication and Coordination:
    -Serving as a point of contact between the project manager and team members.
    -Organizing meetings, preparing agendas, and documenting meeting minutes.
    -Communicating project status updates, risks, and issues to stakeholders, clients, and team members.

    4. Budget Tracking:
    -Assisting with the creation and tracking of the project budget.
    -Monitoring expenditures and ensuring that costs stay within budget, reporting any variances.

    5. Risk Management:
    -Identifying and tracking project risks and issues.
    -Working with the project manager to develop mitigation strategies and solutions.

    6. Documentation and Reporting:
    -Maintaining project documentation, including contracts, permits, progress reports, and status updates.
    -Preparing and delivering reports on project progress, performance, and any adjustments needed.
    -Ensuring that all required paperwork is completed accurately and on time.

    7. Quality Assurance:
    -Ensuring that project deliverables meet the required quality standards and that the project is executed according to defined processes and standards.
    -Conducting reviews or audits to ensure quality compliance.

    8. Support to Project Manager:
    -Providing administrative support to the project manager by handling routine tasks, reports, and coordination.
    -Assisting in problem-solving or addressing any project delays or issues.

    Skills Required:
    -Strong organizational and time management skills.
    -Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
    -Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Google Workspace products).
    -Budgeting and cost management skills.
    -Knowledge of risk management techniques.
    -Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
