    About The Company

SLG Services, Inc. performs turnkey outside-plant (OSP) telecom construction — aerial and underground placement, fiber and coax splicing, testing and restoration — as a single self-performing partner to leading communications providers.

    ** The Role -**

The Project Coordinator is the front line of job execution — the person who turns a work order into a completed, invoiced, closed-out job. This role owns individual jobs from site walk through final closeout inside the customer management system, ensuring every task is scoped accurately, tracked on schedule, documented completely, and delivered safely and profitably. The Coordinator is often the first and last point of contact with subcontractor crews and represents the company's standards on every site they touch.

    ** Responsibilities Include:**

    • Site Walks/Estimating
    • Customer Task Management
    • Subcontractor Management
    • Financial Literacy and Cost Controls

    ** Benefits**

SLG offers competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental and vision insurance, life and disability coverage, 401(k), paid time off, and on-the-job training and advancement opportunities.

** Workplace Policy Notes and Equal Opportunity Statement**

SLG maintains a workplace completely free of drugs and alcohol; employees are subject to pre-employment and random drug testing.

    • Company vehicles are fitted with GPS tracking and front/rear cameras.

    • Valid driver's license (and CDL where noted) required for field roles.

SLG is an Equal Opportunity Employer. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, religion, national origin, age, disability, genetic information, military/veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by applicable federal, state, or local law.
