Responsibilities :

• Utilize project management tools, such as MS Project and Smartsheet, to support project plans, schedules, and budgets while collaborating with staff to identify necessary tasks for project completion.
• Facilitate project execution by monitoring tasks, tracking schedules, identifying risks and aiding in the development and implementation of contingency plans.
• Communicate project status through standard reports and participation in departmental and customer meetings.
• Address and resolve project issues by collaborating with team members, project stakeholders, and relevant parties.
• Collaborate with the program manager by providing project management expertise and assisting workstream leads in implementing effective project management practices and techniques.

Qualifications :

• Proficient in MS Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, and Outlook.
• Skilled in managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills, along with excellent customer service and organizational abilities.

Pay Range:

$20/hr to $25/hr (Without any benefits)
