Sound Ideas is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused professional to support our sales and administrative team.
Responsibilities
Answer phones and assist customers
Support sales throughout the project lifecycle
Coordinate project documentation, and order tracking
Maintain customer, vendor, and project records
Track inventory, staging, and project progress
Assist with scheduling clients for service
Assist with technician scheduling and project closeout activities
Manage office supplies and general office administration
Support marketing, events, and special projects as needed
Assist with managing and updating remote support services
Qualifications
Strong organizational and communication skills
Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
Administrative, customer service, or project coordination experience preferred
QuickBooks or construction/technology industry experience is a plus
Must be able to lift 25lbs
Minimum 3 years customer support/office support role (this is an early career position)
Work space: Front Office/Reception Area
