    THE ROLE

    Network and Telecomm Project Management Support role. Tech-savvy individuals in the areas of project management where you will learn to project manage projects utilizing our technology, networks, products, processes, and customer service best practices.  Associate Project Manager is an entry level position within the North America Network Implementation organization.

    THE MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Analyzes and updates work plans and schedules. Develops methodologies, procedures, and systems to produce project tracking & reporting.

    • Develops/updates project progress and status reports.

    • Responsible for the progress of assigning & tracking complex projects & processes within budgetary and scheduling guidelines.

    • Tracking of projects, tracks project issues/risks, & document progress and prepare status reports (metrics, summaries, etc).

    • Communication of project critical dates and coordination with external and internal schedules related to the activity and workload.

    • Coordinates the creation of work schedules and maintains active work planning through use of gaunt charts and related work tracking methods.

    WHAT WE LOOK FOR IN A CANDIDATE

    • Associate degree or equivalent education and relevant experience. 

    • Minimum 2-3 years related experience in telecommunications, engineering, or network planning or equivalent.

    • Knowledgeable and able to work in appropriate systems and Microsoft Office.

    SALARY MAX: 97560

    This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors.

    This position is eligible for either short-term incentives or sales compensation. Director and VP positions also are eligible for long-term incentive.
