Project Coordinator We are seeking a motivated and organized Project Coordinator to oversee restoration and reconstruction projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Manage restoration and reconstruction projects from start to finish.
Communicate with clients, crews, subcontractors, insurance adjusters, and office staff.
Schedule technicians and coordinate project resources.
Monitor project schedules, costs, and progress.
Ensure work meets quality standards and customer expectations.
Supervise field crews and subcontractors.
Maintain project documentation and insurance records.
Respond to emergency service calls as needed.
Participate in an on-call rotation, including occasional evenings and weekends.
Qualifications
Experience in restoration, construction, or a related field.
Knowledge of insurance claims and property restoration processes.
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.
Strong customer service skills.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Ability to pass a background check.
