About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our residential kitchen and bathroom remodeling team.
This role sits at the center of our production process and plays a critical role in ensuring that projects move smoothly from design and client selections into production and installation.
The ideal candidate combines design ability, technical accuracy, and strong organizational skills. This position requires someone who is comfortable working with clients, collaborating with project managers and installers, and maintaining accurate documentation and measurements for remodeling projects.
You will work with the team to help translate client ideas and selections into clear plans, accurate measurements, and organized project documentation that allows the production team to execute efficiently.
This role requires someone who is detail-focused, proactive, and able to maintain momentum in a fast-paced remodeling environment.
What This Role Is Responsible For
The Project Coordinator supports the success of our remodeling projects by ensuring that design details, measurements, selections, and documentation are accurate and organized before construction begins.
This role helps bridge the gap between design, client communication, and project execution.
Key Responsibilities
Design Support Using 20/20
Use 20/20 Design software to develop kitchen and bathroom layouts
Assist with design revisions based on client selections
Create clear cabinet and layout drawings for production and installation
Update designs to reflect final approved selections
Maintain organized design files and revisions
Support the design team with accurate documentation
The ability to translate measurements and selections into clear, buildable drawings is critical to this role.
Field Measurements & Project Accuracy
This role requires exceptional attention to detail in the measurement process.
Responsibilities include:
Conducting accurate field measurements for kitchens and bathrooms
Verifying wall dimensions, ceiling heights, and floor elevations
Identifying potential structural or layout conflicts
Confirming measurements needed for cabinet layouts, appliances, and fixtures
Documenting measurements clearly for design and production teams
Updating project files with verified dimensions
Accurate measurements are essential to ensure cabinetry, countertops, and fixtures install correctly.
Client Selections Coordination
The Project Coordinator plays an important role in helping clients finalize their selections.
This includes:
Guiding clients through product selections
Ensuring selections align with project scope and design plans
Documenting finishes, materials, and specifications
Confirming all selections are complete before ordering begins
Communicating selections to the project manager and ordering team
Maintaining organized selection documentation
The goal is to ensure the project team has complete and accurate information before materials are ordered.
Project Documentation & Coordination
The Project Coordinator helps maintain organization across all projects.
Responsibilities include:
Organizing project files and documentation, assist in creating functional processes
Entering project details into the company’s project management system tech savvy
Uploading drawings, selections, and measurement notes
Ensuring project information is complete and accurate
Supporting the project manager with coordination tasks
Helping ensure projects are ready to move into production
Strong documentation prevents delays and mistakes.
Supporting the Production Team
This role works closely with:

Warehouse / Inventory
Sales
Responsibilities include:
Ensuring production teams have correct drawings and specifications
Communicating project details clearly
Helping resolve documentation or design questions
Assisting with project preparation prior to construction start
