At Paul Davis Restoration, we don't just rebuild homes and businesses, we restore lives after property disasters. We're looking for an organized, detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support our teams by keeping projects on track, customers informed, and Project Managers equipped for success.

What You'll Do

Coordinate reconstruction projects from start to finish

Track schedules, job progress, budgets, and project documentation

Manage contracts, permits, change orders, and project files

Maintain accurate information in company software and insurance platforms

Support Project Managers with project coordination and administrative tasks

Communicate with customers, subcontractors, and internal teams to keep projects moving

Help ensure every project is completed accurately, efficiently, and with an exceptional customer experience

What We're Looking For

Construction, restoration, project coordination, or project administration experience preferred

Strong organizational and time management skills

Excellent attention to detail

Comfortable learning and using multiple software systems

Strong communication and customer service skills

Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
