Responsibilities:

Coordinate and oversee multiple restoration projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.

Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and team members to facilitate smooth project execution.

Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to optimize efficiency and profitability.

Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any on-site issues promptly.

Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and reports.

Requirements:
