Key Job Responsibilities:
1\. Project progress: track project progress, coordinate regulatory registration, suppliers, procurement processes, and inventory tracking;
2\. Office management: responsible for the management and coordination of daily office administrative affairs;
3\. Data and document management: organize various regulatory materials, operational data, financial statements, and performance analysis documents, etc;
4\. Administrative support: assist the company's personnel, finance, regulations and other functional departments in handling daily affairs;
5\. Schedule and coordination: organize and coordinate meetings, schedules, coordinate external receptions and internal activities, etc.
Job Requirements:
1\. More than 2 years of relevant work experience in a office or operations support role
2\. Experience in cross-departmental coordination, process management or supply chain management;
3\. Proficient in office software, including Microsoft Office Suite, good writing and basic data analysis skills; advanced writing skills
4\. Good organization and time management skills, able to handle multiple tasks at the same time;
5\. Bachelor degree or above, administrative management, production regulations and project management and other related majors are preferred;
6\. Fluent in English, Spanish or Chinese is preferred;
7\. Have a US driver's license.
