About the Role:

Swaysland Professional Engineering is looking for a driven and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team in Fort Lauderdale, FL. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering high-quality quality projects from kickoff to completion. Responsibilities:

Coordinate and monitor engineering project timelines, milestones, and deliverables

Serve as a primary point of contact between project teams, clients, and stakeholders

Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and status updates

Schedule and facilitate project meetings, site visits, and internal reviews

Track project budgets and resources.

Support engineers with administrative and logistical tasks

Requirements:

2+ years of experience in project coordination, preferably in engineering or construction

Strong organizational and time management skills with keen attention to detail

Proficiency in project management tools

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously

Familiarity with engineering or technical project environments is a plus

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred
