    • Construction Administration

      • Prepare Purchase Orders (EPOs) and send PO requests to clients on a weekly basis.
      • Monitor client house status to ensure readiness for scheduling and installation.
      • Collect permit information for irrigation projects and maintain organized permit folders.
      • Create daily installation schedules and route assignments.
      • Assemble housing packages including site plans, addresses, and designs.
      • Update housing tracker files based on quality control punch lists and project progress.
    • Post-Construction, Warranty & Service

      • Process warranty and service requests within 30 days of project completion.
      • Research installation history to validate warranty claims and communicate findings to Project Managers.
      • Ensure no service work begins without a confirmed scope, pricing, and an approved PO.
    • Qualifications & Requirements

      • o Schedule: Standard hours are 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM (In-Office) with flexibility into the evening.
    • Experience:

      • Minimum 2–3 years of project coordination or heavy scheduling experience, preferably in construction or landscaping.
      • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel). Direct experience with Housing Builder Portals and/or ERPs (Aspire, Service Titan, etc.) is highly preferred.
