Project Coordinator – Manufacturing / Quality

Pay: $25/hour
Shifts:

• Day: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM (San Marcos area)

What You'll Do

• Coordinate shop floor assembly and inspection activities

• Travel as needed to Austin and Bastrop locations

• Support ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 compliance

• Train and supervise inspectors using standardized work instructions

• Perform audits (Layered Process Audits) and support quality reporting

• Serve as customer liaison on assigned projects

• Coordinate with logistics for material flow

• Support non-conforming and scrap processes

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years manufacturing or quality experience

• Ability to read prints and work instructions

• Microsoft Office proficiency

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Bilingual preferred

• High school diploma required (some college a plus)
