Build More Than Projects—Build Momentum
At SynergyBuilt, we don’t just manage construction projects, we restore buildings, solve complex problems, and bring clarity to chaotic situations. From fire damage restoration to multifamily and commercial renovations, we operate where precision, speed, and trust matter most.
We’re looking for a Project Coordinator who thrives behind the scenes, anticipates needs before they’re spoken, and brings order to complexity. This role is the heartbeat of our project operations—connecting people, information, and execution.
Who You Are (What Sets You Apart):
You are not just organized—you create clarity for others.
You don’t wait to be told—you see what needs to happen next and move it forward.
You take pride in being the person others rely on when things are moving fast and stakes are high.
Core Intangible Traits We Value:
Extreme Ownership – You take initiative and follow through without dropping the ball
Anticipation Mindset – You think 2–3 steps ahead of the team
Composure Under Pressure – You stay steady when projects get chaotic
Communication Clarity – You simplify complex information into clear, actionable updates
Relentless Follow-Up – You don’t assume—it gets tracked, clarified, and confirmed
Attention to Detail with Speed – You move fast without sacrificing accuracy
Servant Leadership Mentality – You exist to make the team better and more effective
Accountability-Driven – Deadlines matter—you own commitments
Systems Thinker – You prefer structure, processes, and repeatable workflows
Positive, Solution-Oriented Attitude – You bring answers, not obstacles
What You’ll Do:
This role is all about execution, coordination, and communication:
Coordinate project documentation, schedules, and communications
Track and manage project timelines, deliverables, and deadlines
Support project managers with subcontractor coordination and follow-up
Maintain accuracy in project systems (ERP, CRM, document management)
Organize and distribute plans, RFIs, submittals, and updates
Ensure nothing slips through the cracks—ever
Serve as the central point of communication across internal teams, vendors, and clients
Help create structure and consistency across projects
What Success Looks Like:
Projects run smoother because you are involved
Team members trust that details are handled
Communication becomes clearer and more consistent
Issues are identified before they become problems
Deadlines are met—and often exceeded
You become indispensable to the project team
What You Bring:
Experience in construction, project coordination, or a fast-paced operational role (preferred but not required for the right person)
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple moving priorities without losing focus
Comfort with systems, software, and documentation (or willingness to learn quickly)
A proactive mindset and high level of personal accountability
Why SynergyBuilt?:
Work directly with a high-performing leadership team
Be part of a company that values process, clarity, and growth
Opportunities to grow into higher-responsibility roles
Fast-paced environment where your impact is visible immediately
Strong culture of ownership, improvement, and professionalism
If you're the person who:
Keeps things organized when others can’t
Follows through when others forget
Anticipates problems before they happen
Thrives in a fast-moving, results-driven environment
We want to hear from you!
