    Job Description: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating various aspects of our projects, ensuring smooth communication, and maintaining accurate records. This role is essential for tracking project progress and managing materials efficiently.

    Responsibilities:

    • In-Office Project Coordination and Customer Service: Handle submittals, RFIs, reselections, and direct communication with clients.
    • Materials Budget Keeper: Manage pricing negotiations and keep track of the materials budget.
    • Take-Off Revisions Processor: Document and create RCOs to maintain accurate budget adjustments in real time.
    • Buyout Preparation: Plan and schedule material deliveries, minimizing expenditures and coordinating delivery dates and quantities per truck.
    • Repairs and RCOs Tracker: Maintain trackers for repairs and RCOs.
    • Problem Solving and Conflict Resolution: Address issues promptly and effectively.
    • Construction and Time Management: Oversee construction timelines and ensure projects stay on schedule.
    • Customer Service Oriented: Provide excellent service to clients and stakeholders.
    • Negotiations: Conduct negotiations with vendors and suppliers.
    • Organized Planner: Forecast project needs and plan accordingly.

    • Proficient in data entry.

    Education and Experience.

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Supply Chain or Logistics
    • or 10+ years of experience may be substituted for the above requirement
    • Minimum 3 years of experience in pricing and procurement.

    Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

    • Experience with Dynamics 365 – Great Plains/Business Central
    • Strong written and verbal communication capability.
    • Strong analytical, problem solving and communication skills.
    • Excellent data entry skills and attention to detail.
    • Previous experience with Proposal Generation & Submittals
