Job Description
We are seeking an organized Project Coordinator to support project management efforts across various initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and experience working with teams to ensure project goals are met on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide oversight of overall project cost, scheduling, estimating, and change management throughout the project lifecycle.
Understand project scope, contract requirements, and help set priorities for the project team.
Lead cost and schedule tracking, including developing projections and estimates.
Establish communication plans and follow up with team members to manage task schedules effectively.
Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements within project execution.
Maintain and support project documentation, including lessons learned and change control processes.
Monitor team performance and allocate resources efficiently to meet project objectives.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a project coordination or administrative support role.
Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field is required.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel; experience with MS Project is highly desirable.
Demonstrated experience in team coordination, task organization, and administrative process development.
Experience with technical writing and continuous improvement process standardization is preferred.
