We deliver projects that enhance homes and lives, and we are looking for a Project Coordinator who thrives on organization, precision, and accountability to join our growing team.

    Position Overview The Project Coordinator will play a critical role in keeping remodelling projects on track, on time, and on budget. This is a detail-oriented position that requires excellent organizational skills, communication, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities while supporting field and office teams.

    Key Responsibilities

    Scheduling & Workflow Management

    Create and maintain project schedules from start to finish.

    Coordinate subcontractors, crews, and client appointments.

    Update schedules in project management software to ensure real-time accuracy.

    Inventory & Materials Management

    Track and verify all incoming products and materials against project orders.

    Manage warehouse organization and on-site deliveries.

    Ensure all project details (tile, grout, fixtures, hardware) are ordered and accurate.

    Project Oversight

    Monitor active projects for progress, budget adherence, and quality standards.

    Manage change orders, ensuring all adjustments are documented and approved.

    Work with the team to resolve issues quickly and professionally.

    Financial Coordination

    Track project expenses against budgets.

    Assist with invoicing, payment collection, and end-of-project reconciliations.

    Provide end-of-month project reports to management.

    Client Management (Production Side)

    Serve as the client’s point of contact during production.

    Communicate proactively about schedules, updates, and any adjustments.

    Maintain a positive, solutions-driven approach to client interactions.

    Administrative Support

    Maintain the time-off request calendar for crew scheduling.

    Prepare required Certificates of Insurance and compliance documents.

    Organize project documentation and maintain office/warehouse systems.

    Qualifications

    Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Google Drive, Google Calendar, and Google Sheets.

    Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while staying highly organized.

    Tech-savvy: Proficient with project management software, scheduling tools, and mobile jobsite apps.

    Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

    Detail-oriented with excellent time management and follow-through.

    Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.

    Experience as a Project Coordinator/Manager in construction or remodelling preferred.

    Strong knowledge of construction processes, terminology, and sequencing preferred.
