Project Countertops Company, Inc. located in Walnut, CA. We are a product company. We have an open position for an entry level Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable Bookkeeper. The candidate will be working on a full-time basis to assist with billing clients, supplier/vendor payments, and perform office administrator duties. Immediate Hire. Job Duties:
- Generate and send out invoices
- Follow up with customers
- Prepare bank deposits
- Accounts Payable/Process installation payments/Manage vendor accounts
- Record and maintain of the general ledgers and journal entries
- Verifying, allocating, and posting transactions
- Review and reconcile credit lines and credit card
- Printing checks
- Check and G/L reconciliation
- Answer phone calls
- Procure office supplies
Requirements:
- Basic accounting knowledge
- Good communication skills
- Detail oriented and highly organized
- Ability to multi-task and self-motivated
- 1-year experience in bookkeeping, preferred
- Some experience in import logistics, preferred
- Experience with Excel and Outlook
- Bilingual - English & Mandarin, preferably
Education:
- Associate degree – accounting

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $13.00 to $15.00 /hour
