    Quality Design & Remodel, the Capital Region's premier design and remodeling firm, is seeking an experienced Project Designer to join our award-winning team. We've built our reputation on exceptional communication, proven processes, and superior craftsmanship - and we need a creative, client-focused individual to help us continue exceeding client expectations. • 20+ years of experience in home remodeling • Award-winning company • Specializing in kitchen, bathroom, basements, and home addition projects • Two locations: Delmar, NY, and Clifton Park, NY • Part of a larger organization with property management and new construction experience Responsibilities: • Lead clients through the entire design process, from initial measure to final project sign-off, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience. • Develop creative, functional, and budget-conscious designs tailored to each client’s needs and vision. • Guide clients through the selection process, assisting them in selecting their materials from our newly built design center. • Conduct site measurements, design meetings, selection appointments, and project walkthroughs. • Prepare and present detailed pricing proposals to help clients make confident final decisions. • Create comprehensive design materials, including floorplans, renderings, and installation packets, aligned with the finalized project scope. • Coordinate and place orders for all materials required to successfully complete projects. • Collaborate effectively with sales, estimating, project management teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely and high-quality project execution. Qualifications: • Strong design aesthetic and creative vision • Excellent project management and communication abilities • Detail-oriented with great organizational skills • Ability to work independently and effectively on multiple projects at once in a fast-paced environment • Positive attitude and the ability to work well with others • Proficiency with Chief Architect, 2020, and Buildertrend (or comparable programs) • A bachelor’s degree in interior design, Interior Architecture, or a design-related field is a plus Compensation: $65,000 - $75,000 yearly
