    Job Summary

    We are seeking a Project Director to join our team in Orange County, CA! As a Project Director, you will be taking the lead and managing a team of Installers, staff members, and sometimes contractors, all assembled to work towards a common goal. Your job will be to mentor your staff, hire and train new team members, and keep everyone on schedule to ensure all projects are completed on time and on budget. The ideal candidate has extensive management experience, the ability to focus on multiple projects at one time without losing focus on deadlines, and strong communication and time management skills.

    Responsibilities

    Oversee multiple teams working on many different projects, keeping up with timelines and budgets

    Create milestones and goals for each team and project

    Draft and oversee budget implementation

    Mentor project managers under your supervision, offer training advice, and provide performance reviews and feedback

    Present progress reports to other team managers and stakeholders

    Qualifications

    Demonstrated ability to manage at least one team, if not multiple teams

    Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and shift priorities as needed

    Strong communication and interpersonal skills

    Strong familiarity with computer programs such as the Microsoft Office suite, Adobe Suite, etc

    The ability to work well both independently and within a team environment
