    What You’ll Do

    ?? Lead Project Strategy & Execution
    • Provide strategic direction to project teams from planning through delivery.

    • Define project goals, success metrics, timelines, and resource plans.

    • Oversee day-to-day execution while resolving high-level challenges and roadblocks.

    • Monitor performance and project health using KPIs and dashboards.

    ?? Own Client Relationships
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for high-profile clients.

    • Foster trust through transparent communication, responsiveness, and delivery excellence.

    • Anticipate client needs, resolve issues proactively, and support long-term partnerships.

    ?? Drive Financial & Risk Management
    • Own project budgets, forecasting, and cost controls.

    • Review financial performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed targets.

    • Identify potential risks early and develop mitigation plans in line with safety and compliance standards.

    ?? Mentor & Develop Teams
    • Coach project managers and support their professional development.

    • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

    • Share best practices and lead by example to elevate team capabilities.

    What You’ll Bring

    • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)

    • 10+ years of progressive project management experience, including 3+ years in a senior or director-level role

    • Proven success managing large, complex mechanical construction projects

    • Deep knowledge of project management frameworks, tools, and reporting practices

    • Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire cross-functional teams

    • Strong command of budgeting, forecasting, and cost control methodologies

    • Excellent written and verbal communication, with a client-first mindset

    • Experience mentoring and growing high-performing teams
