Role
Lead large power projects end-to-end as the primary client contact—own safety, budget, schedule, contracts, and team performance. ACC/combined-cycle experience is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive site safety programs and field execution; oversee QA/QC and constructability.

• Build and maintain CPM schedules, logistics plans, commissioning, and closeout.

• Manage contracts, procurement, RFIs/submittals, change control, and cost/progress reporting (incl. VDC).

• Coach PMs/CM teams; lead owner meetings; support preconstruction and proposals.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in power/industrial construction; 8+ years in construction/project management; BS in CM/Engineering preferred.

• Proven delivery on ~$100MM+ projects; PMP preferred.

• Proficient with Primavera/MS Project; strong commercial/contract negotiation skills.

• Familiarity with OCIP/CCIP and major contract types; willing to travel.
