Recent Construction Management or Engineering graduates:  Fantastic opportunity to join a growing team as a Project Engineer, supporting construction projects in the federal government sector. This role involves assisting with technical coordination, submittals, and site management to ensure efficient project execution. It provides opportunities for hands-on learning and advancement in a specialized field.

• Anticipated salary: $70,000 - $85,000

• Anticipated travel: Monthly, 2-3 days
• Office-based in Tallahassee, FL

Responsibilities

• Assist with safety plans and coordination
• Review submittals, track RFIs/Change Orders
• Support subcontractor management and deliveries
• Help with schedules and reports
• Aid in quality control and close-out

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction, engineering (civil/structural), or related
• 1-3 years' construction experience preferred (including internships, etc.)
• Knowledge of project aspects (civil, structural, etc.)
• Communication and organizational skills
• Willingness to travel/relocate
