You want the kind of role where you are hands-on, thinking like a true builder for multi-story structural concrete projects.
As a Project Engineer / Assistant Project Manager, you get the non-corporate feel where your ideas matter and you are involved in everything — without getting trapped in a huge corporate machine. You want to own responsibilities early, grow fast, and work directly with senior engineers. (If you want to get your P.E. stamp, we can help with that, too.)
If you were the kid who built erector sets and is hooked on solving structural challenges, if you want variety instead of always being stuck behind a desk, if you like the opportunity, pace and autonomy of a smaller company doing big projects, this opportunity is made for you.
Project Engineer / Assistant Project Manager – Your Job Duties

You will work in the office and visit job sites throughout Northern California (plan for 1-2 days a week in the field).
