About the Position
We are seeking a Project Engineer to support the engineering and project teams in the planning, coordination, and execution of active projects.
This position is ideal for someone who is looking to build a career in construction or engineering and wants exposure to both office and field-based project activities. The Project Engineer will help maintain accurate project documentation, assist with scheduling and coordination, track project milestones, and support quality and safety initiatives.
Working under the direction of experienced project and engineering personnel, this individual will gain practical experience with project workflows and develop the skills necessary for future advancement within the organization.

Requirements
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field , or currently pursuing a relevant degree.
Basic understanding of engineering principles and construction/project workflows.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
Internship, co-op, or coursework experience in engineering, construction, or project coordination.
Familiarity with project management or scheduling software such as MS Project, Trello, or similar platforms.
Previous exposure to construction sites, engineering projects, equipment, or field operations.
Demonstrated interest in building a long-term career in construction or engineering.
