Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Project Engineer / Manager to join our team. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of a project’s development, coordinating people, processes, and resources to ensure projects are completed successfully and on schedule. The ideal candidate is highly organized, resourceful, and has a proven track record as a successful Project Engineer / Manager.
Responsibilities
Coordinate internal and external resources
Collaborate with all stakeholders
Develop the scope and objectives of the project
Track adherence to project budget and timeline
Ensure necessary resources are available and allocated to the project
Develop detailed project plans and milestones
Measure and report on project progress
Qualifications
3+ years of experience as a Project Engineer / Manager or equivalent role
BS/BA in Architecture, Engineering, Construction management or other associated field
PMP certification is preferred
Experience with complex construction projects valued over $5M, including bidding, scheduling, and financial management
Experience with Microsoft Project
Proficient in project management software
Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks appropriately
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Required Skills
• Proper interpretation of design specifications, drawings, and schematics
• Familiarity with engineering and construction terminology
• Extensive previous work experience managing schedules and budgets for construction projects
• Excellent knowledge of construction materials and equipment
• Proficient in use of Microsoft Project
• Experience with Procore
• Proficient in use of Microsoft Office and Word Processing software
• Good time management skills, high work ethics
• Able to multitask and plan ahead
• Excellent time management skills

Compensation: $65K to $75K per year
