    Compensation: $110,000 (DOE) + exceptional benefits

    What We’re Looking For

    We are seeking a driven, detail-oriented Project Engineer who wants to be part of a high-performing team. The ideal candidate is someone who embraces responsibility, takes initiative, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Construction experience is preferred, but what matters most is a strong work ethic, dependability, and a willingness to learn.

    Experience in Earthwork/Horizontal Construction and/or HCSS is considered a plus, not a requirement.

    Key Responsibilities
    • Support Project Managers with daily project coordination, scheduling, and documentation

    • Assist with RFIs, submittals, change orders, and report tracking

    • Communicate with subcontractors, vendors, and field teams to ensure smooth project execution

    • Maintain project logs, documentation, and quality control tracking

    • Attend site meetings, walkthroughs, and assist with jobsite support as needed

    • Provide project reporting, cost tracking, and administrative support

    Preferred Qualifications
    • 1–3 years of experience in construction (civil, commercial, residential, or related field)

    • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills

    • Ability to work onsite, collaborate with field teams, and manage fast-paced workloads

    • Proficient in Excel and document control

    • Earthwork or Heavy Civil construction experience – preferred but not required

    • Experience with HCSS, Procore, Bluebeam, or similar software – preferred but not required
