Project Engineer – Esteemed General Contractor (Veterans Highly Preferred)
A nationally recognized real estate investment and development firm is seeking high-performing military Veterans to join its construction leadership team as Project Engineers. This is a rare opportunity to get hands-on with large-scale development projects across the U.S. while receiving structured mentorship and career progression.
This company provides innovation, sustainability, and precision to deliver high-impact developments across the U.S. and select international markets. They maintain a culture of excellence and collaboration, with a deep appreciation for disciplined leadership and mission-driven execution. They are guided by core values of integrity, character, courage, respect, excellence, and teamwork – principles that shape the culture and align closely with the mindset of military Veterans.
This role is built for leaders who want to translate military success into real-world construction impact. You’ll support complex industrial and infrastructure builds, develop deep technical knowledge, and be groomed to take on Project Manager responsibilities within 1–4 years.
