Experienced Engineer needed to lead Capital Projects in an expanding and modernizing production environment. Lead full lifecycle engineering projects from cradle to grave, manage schedule, scope, and budget. Lead interactions with engineering and equipment vendors and suppliers, interface with customers on related project launches, and coordinate delivery of successful projects across groups and disciplines for the organization. You’ll have a small team of engineering and operations pros to collaborate with, and support for the wide range of improvement projects. Specific industry experience is not required, just a candidate with the right attitude and experience delivering capital projects. Report at the executive level and have a massive impact on company operations moving forward.

Target salary range of $100-130K, plus 10% Bonus target, 401K matching, health insurance, etc. 

REQUIRED:

• 5+ years of professional engineering experience
• BS in Engineering or Technology related discipline
• Strong experience working at the Project Engineering or Project Management level of manufacturing and capital investment / improvement projects
