    Project Engineer – Water/Wastewater

    Locations: Denver, CO | Multiple Office Locations Available

    Overview

    Well-established engineering consulting firm seeking a Project Engineer to support water and wastewater infrastructure projects. This role involves planning, design, permitting, and construction-phase services for municipal water and wastewater systems.

    Responsibilities

    • Prepare engineering designs, calculations, and cost estimates
    • Develop project documents while maintaining scope, schedule, and budget requirements
    • Support the design and execution of water and wastewater infrastructure projects
    • Coordinate with project managers and multidisciplinary teams throughout project delivery
    • Attend client and project meetings
    • Review and mentor junior engineering staff
    • Conduct occasional site visits and field observations during various stages of construction

    Qualifications

    Compensation

    Salary: $117,000 – $154,000 (Colorado market)
