    Project Engineer - Microsoft 365 / Intune / Entra (Pro Services)

    We are seeking both Mid-Level / Senior Systems Engineers with strong expertise in Microsoft cloud technologies to design, deploy, migrate, and support modern workplace solutions for our clients.
    The ideal candidate will have deep experience with Microsoft 365 , Intune , Entra ID (Azure AD) , and hybrid Active Directory environments, ensuring secure, efficient, and scalable cloud implementations.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Design, configure, and administer Microsoft 365 tenants , including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and related services.
    • Implement and manage Intune (Endpoint Manager) for device management, compliance, app deployment, and endpoint protection.
    • Plan, deploy, and maintain hybrid Active Directory and Entra ID integrations, including identity synchronization and federation.
    • Perform email migrations from on-prem Exchange, Google Workspace, or other platforms to Microsoft 365 using tools like BitTitan or native migration services.
    • Configure Conditional Access , MFA , RBAC , and security policies to enforce best practices and compliance standards.
    • Troubleshoot issues related to directory sync (Azure AD Connect / Entra Connect), authentication, and M365 service availability.
    • Develop automation scripts for administration and reporting using PowerShell or Microsoft Graph API.
    • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to assess environments, create migration plans, and deliver technical documentation.
    • Monitor and optimize tenant health, performance, and security posture using built-in analytics and reporting tools.
    • Provide escalation support for complex issues related to Microsoft 365, Intune, or identity management.

    Skills & Qualifications

    Mid-Level Systems Engineer

    • Experience: 3–5 years managing Microsoft 365, Azure AD/Entra ID, or Intune environments.
    • Hands-on experience with hybrid AD , Exchange Online , and Intune administration.
    • Strong understanding of Windows Server (2016–2022(5)) and Active Directory fundamentals.
    • Familiarity with DNS, VPNs, and networking concepts in Microsoft environments.
    • Basic to intermediate PowerShell scripting skills for automation and reporting.
    • Experience with email and data migration tools such as BitTitan or Quest Migration Manager.

    Senior Systems Engineer

    • Experience: 7+ years in systems engineering with a focus on Microsoft 365, Intune, and identity management.
    • Proven expertise in Microsoft 365 tenant design , hybrid AD/Entra architecture , and device management at scale.
    • Strong knowledge of identity and access management (IAM) , including Conditional Access, SSO, and federation.
    • Advanced PowerShell and automation capabilities, with experience using Graph API or Endpoint Manager templates.
    • Ability to lead large-scale migrations, develop technical documentation, and mentor junior engineers.
    • Familiarity with compliance and security frameworks (e.g., HIPAA, SOC 2, GDPR).

    Preferred Certifications

    • Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104)
    • Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator (MD-102)
    • Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert
    • Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals (SC-900)
    • CompTIA Cloud+ or Security+ (preferred but not required)
