Job Summary
The Project Executive is responsible for oversight of multiple projects in a market sector or geographic location. He or she assures that Project Managers develop and execute delivery strategies to ensure that project and financial goals are met. Primary responsibilities include executive project oversight, team development and building; contract development and compliance; communication at stakeholder executive level; project profitability and negotiation or mitigation of significant relational, business, or legal issues.

Responsibilities
Executive Project Management
· Participates in the development, negotiation and execution of Client and subcontractor contracts and labor agreements.
· Co-develops and approves project execution strategies, including budget, schedule, quality, safety, and risk management plans, to facilitate project goals, support project teams and protect stakeholder interests.
· Reviews progress reports to assure on-target cost, schedule, safety, and risk management trends; and directs course corrections to mitigate potential negative outcomes.
· Identifies key issues and develops strategies to overcome internal or external challenges or obstacles.
· Maximizes team performance by assigning roles based on effective utilization of individual talents and skills.
Team Building and Employee Development
· Builds high performance teams by assuring the availability of coaching and training; and providing development opportunities that create new and challenging experiences for staff members.
· Demonstrates personal accountability, integrity and ethics and ensures team member compliance with corporate values.
Business Development and Company Recognition Support
· Supports business development activities by maintaining and enhancing relationships in both business and personal networks.
· Represents Delphi at industry events.
· Promotes Delphi through community involvement and activities.

Education and Experience
· Bachelor’s degree in construction science, Construction Management, or Civil Engineering preferred.
· 15+ years in Construction Project Management
Physical Requirements
· Must be able to traverse and inspect all areas of jobsite in all types of weather; this may include walking, climbing, reaching, bending, crawling, or stretching.
· Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time.
· May require travel.
