    About the Role

    Georgia Green Energy Services (GGES) is seeking a highly skilled and disciplined Project Executive to lead our project execution, field operations, quality control, and safety across all service lines. This leader will play a central role in transforming GGES into a top-tier, scalable, debt-free electrical contractor known for excellence.

    Key Responsibilities

    Operational Leadership

    Oversee all field operations, project execution, manpower, scheduling, and subcontractor performance.

    Ensure projects meet schedule, quality, and budget targets with zero-defect execution.

    Maintain operational readiness for EV charging, commercial electrical work, service division, and government projects.

    Project & Field Oversight

    Supervise Project Manager, Safety team, QA/QC, Estimating, and supporting staff.

    Enforce SOPs, quality standards, safety procedures, and NEC compliance.

    Conduct weekly operations meetings with PM, Safety, QA/QC, and Permitting.

    Cross-Department Alignment

    Coordinate daily with Finance, Service, PM, and Permitting teams.

    Ensure workflows through FieldEdge, Microsoft Dynamics, Planner, and Teams remain accurate and up to date.

    Performance Management

    Track KPIs including schedule adherence, QC pass rate, manpower efficiency, job profitability, and risk.

    Maintain accountability across all operational teams.

    Qualifications

    7+ years operations or superintendent experience in electrical contracting or construction

    Strong understanding of NEC, permitting, inspections, and QA/QC

    Demonstrated leadership in a fast-paced, multi-project environment

    Experience working with EV charging/Make Ready programs a plus

    Strong communication, scheduling, and conflict resolution skills
