This role isn’t just about overseeing projects—it’s about owning the big picture. We’re looking for a seasoned HVAC professional who blends strategic vision with operational mastery and wants to help shape the future of our company.

What You'll Lead:

• Portfolio Oversight: Take ownership of complex HVAC project portfolios from preconstruction through final closeout.
• Strategic Leadership: Collaborate with executive leadership on growth strategies, market positioning, and long-term planning.
• Client Development: Build and strengthen high-trust relationships with clients, vendors, and key partners.
• Operational Excellence: Optimize processes, monitor KPIs, and ensure excellence in scheduling, budgeting, and quality standards.
• Team Mentorship: Develop and guide project managers and field leadership to build Encore’s next generation of leaders.
• Risk & Financial Management: Navigate change orders, contract negotiation, forecasting, and cost controls with confidence and clarity.

What You Bring:

• A strong track record of leadership in commercial HVAC project management , especially with complex, multi-phase builds.
• Deep knowledge of VRF systems and high-efficiency HVAC technologies.
• A solid industry network and a sterling professional reputation.
• Advanced skills in contract negotiation, logistics, and executive-level communication.
• Experience mentoring teams and scaling operations in high-growth environments.
• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field preferred.
• A strategic mindset with the drive to help steer company-wide growth.
