This organization has been providing PreCon, Fabrication, Construction and Mechanical System Services for over 80 years, and is nationally recognized as one of the premiere full-service organizations year after year. 

Relocation assistance is available for those outside of the greater Chicago area, flexible on process and onboarding logistics. 

Key Role Duties:

• Oversee a team of Project Managers, Engineers and growing Client base across multiple states
• Financial, operational and personnel leadership
• Bid and manage projects ranging up to $35M+ involving Mechanical Construction and specialized systems
• Full-cycle project operations oversight from bid, to kickoff through execution and wrap-up
• Develop and train personnel at various levels including Engineers, Project Managers and internal stakeholders
• Client interaction, vendor management and review of documentation and reporting
• Travel regionally to various projects and sites, sometimes for an extended period of time

Key qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience working in the Mechanical Contracting space in a leadership or managerial capacity
• Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management Degree
• Experience in a leadership and strategic role leading projects and teams
• Proactive, highly efficient communication skills with ability to be flexible and get the work done when and where it's needed
• OSHA 30 and safety certifications
