Perform onsite installation of Parking and Revenue Control systems and Access Control equipment alongside other trained technicians.
Installation duties include equipment bolt-down, wiring termination, establishing communications to software host, configuration, and testing of new equipment.
Product Support:
Provide support for multiple products, offering assistance with both software and hardware components.
Technical Skills:
Possess knowledge of electronics and mechanical devices.
Proficient in PC computer skills, including working with various operating systems and networking.
Client Support:
Offer software and hardware support for clients and fellow field service technicians.
Education:
Electronics technical school training or equivalent is required.
Technical Skills:
Ability to work on proprietary software, hardware communications, programming, and repair.
Proficiency in using hand and power tools for installation and maintenance tasks.
Driving Record:
Must have a clean driving record.
Communication Skills:
Excellent written and oral communication skills, particularly when interacting with customers.
Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
Bonus Skills:
Knowledge of SQL Server database maintenance.
Familiarity with MS Windows software and operating systems.
Understanding of network and communication systems.
Possession of MS Network and MS A+ Certifications is advantageous.
