    Job Description

    AECOM Technical Services, Inc. is seeking a Project Management in New York, NY.

    Job Details:

    • Manage multiple projects on a daily basis, including but not limited to monitoring of deliverables, budgets, drawings and schedule.
    • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to allocate resources, manage dependencies, and mitigate risks.
    • Serve as a liaison between the design team and clients, ensuring clear communication and managing expectations.
    • Review of design documentation before submission to client.
    • Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and oversee their implementation.
    • Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or issues.
    • Work closely with clients to understand project requirements, provide creative input, and ensure alignment with objectives.
    • Assist in the planning, scheduling, and execution of design projects.
    • Assist in proposal work.
    • Monitor project progress, identify bottlenecks and challenges, and proactively implement solutions.
    • Conduct regular review and quality assurance checks to ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
    • Track project expenses and ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.
    • Conduct post-project evaluations to assess outcomes and identify areas for improvement.
    • Telecommuting permitted up to 2 days per week.
    • Full-time.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field of study and 2 years of experience as a Project Manager, Project Engineer, or a related occupation.
    • Alternatively, the employer will accept a Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field of study and 0 years of experience.

    Employer will accept experience and skills gained in pursuit of university-level degree via coursework, projects, or internships. Skills may be gained concurrently. Experience in the following:

    1. Completion of at least one project managing project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure on-time and within-budget project delivery.
    2. Completion of at least one project developing project plans, including timelines and resource allocation, and completing regular performance reports.
    3. Completion of at least one project supporting contract management and change orders.
    4. Completion of at least one project reviewing and approving design strategy.
    5. Project management software to track progress and identify project risks including MS Project.
    6. Coordinating closely with clients, contractors, and project partners.
    7. Microsoft Office Suite.
    8. AutoCAD.
    9. Revit.
    10. Revizto.
