TQI Solutions is actively seeking a collaborative and skilled Project Management Analyst II to join our dedicated team. As a key contributor, you will provide crucial support to our esteemed client located in Norfolk, VA.

Responsibilities:

· Formulates and defines system scope and objectives based on user needs and industry requirements

· Documents requirements and translates them into detailed system specifications

· Applies comprehensive knowledge across key tasks and high-impact assignments

· Plans and supports major technology assignments

· Captures performance results and recommends significant changes to drive project growth and success

· Assists the Program Manager with planning, executing, and monitoring system installations on various vessels

This is a full time, salaried, exempt position.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree. MBA or advanced degree preferred
• Three years of relevant experience to include experience with the installation of complex systems onboard US Navy and/or Military Sealift Command (MSC) vessels
• Proficiency with IT program management principles
• PMP preferred with a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite of products
• Experience with the DoD, and DoN

The incumbent of this position will be subject to a background investigation and will be required to maintain a Government granted security clearance.
