AlphaGraphics on University in Tempe is seeking a top performer to add to its Support Team. As a Project Manager/Sales Support team member, you will work directly with our Account Managers to assist them in maintaining and growing business relationships with existing clients and to assist them with acquiring new business.

Print, Sign and Apparel, or Print Operations Experience is required, those with these areas of work experience will be considered for this position.

Pay Range - $20+ per hour

Responsibilities:

Work directly with our team of Account Executives and their clients.

Perform project research to determine the best path forward for any given project.

Process orders in a courteous, efficient, and timely manner.

Enter estimates and orders in our MIS System, EFI PrintSmith Vision.

Be proactive, and investigative, have a sense of urgency in all you do!

Driven, self starter with a passion for striving for perfection.

Qualifications:

2+ years previous print support or industry experience is required.

Able to multi-task in a deadline-driven environment.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Macintosh proficient

Knowledge of Adobe Acrobat

Experience in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Suite / Workspace – Slack or Teams.

The spirit of tenacity, follow-up, and follow through until all facets of a project are complete

EFI Printsmith Vision experience or similar MIS for the print industry.
